Refund Policy & Delivery Policy
For the purposes of the Refund Policy ‘subscriber’ means the individual or organization that has purchased the subscription of newsletters published by enincon llp.
enincon agrees to make a full pro-rata refund if the subscriber wishes to discontinue his/her subscription at any time after a nominal deduction towards administrative charges. The refund will be valid from the actual date of receipt of request for refund by enincon llp
enincon reserves the right to charge on a pro-rata basis for all issues sent by enincon prior to cancellation either by enincon llp or by the subscriber in the event of non-payment by the subscriber.
In case of Research Reports, no refund will be made on the order once it is placed.
The orders of published reports hard bound copy are despatched through courier. They should reach the subscriber within 7 working days after receipt of payment.
For discounted orders of reports prior to their publication, the despatch will be soon after the targeted report publication date. Though all attempts will be made to meet the targeted publication date, enincon llp reserves the right to modify the publication date unilaterally with information to said subscribers.
In case of the non-receipt of any subscribed product, the subscriber should contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the said delivery date
