Job Summary

We are looking an active, agile, confident and smart candidate for the role of sales manager. The candidate should know all tricks of the trade for striking sales. The candidate must have skills of building long standing business relations with clients and should be responsible not only maintaining but adding upon the existing clientele of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking a female executive for HR cum Admin role. The candidate should be smart, pro-active and should be versed in English (reading, writing and speaking).The candidate must have basic know how of using MS Office and should be versed in using computer. The candidate shall be responsible for maintaining day to day office operations. Also, should have skill of screening and interviewing and further handling the overall recruitment process Must have expertise in sourcing/screening the candidates from professional networking sites/recruitment portals.

Profile Description & Expectations from the Candidate:

  • Willingness to work for energy & infrastructure segment
  • Candidate shall be working on developing Data to Information(D2I) tools in fixed templates related to industry practices such as Coal, Power, Oil & Gas, Renewables etc.
  • Candidate shall act as support for developing knowledge base with responsibilities like data research, data mining, sorting and analysis
  • Candidate shall be involved in keeping a track of sectorial updates in Energy & Infrastructure segment related to Regulatory & Policy Changes, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tenders and Project Updates.
  • Candidate shall be responsible primarily for expanding the existing clientele in both domestic & international market by keeping a track of latest sector updates.
  • It is an added advantage to have a candidate with positive attitude who believes in creating strong team culture and is having analytical skills as well
  • Candidate shall also be responsible for doing Market Research for industry first players covering energy & infrastructure sector as a whole

Detailed Job description:

  • Analyst/Consultant will undertake independent research assignments in power/infrastructure sector;
  • The candidate shall track these sectors on regular basis and spot various sector trends;
  • The candidate shall also contribute to writing regular perspectives and chapters in Research Reports;
  • The candidate shall cater to all ad-hoc requirements of team and participate actively training and development of employees;
  • The candidate shall undertake research services relate to research reports published by “Enincon Consulting LLP” and development of Energy and Infrastructure Database;
  • The candidate may also be required to undertake other assignments related to newsletter or any other enincon’s product and services;
  • The candidate shall undertake business development and marketing services of Enincon Consulting LLP;
  • The candidate shall conduct exhaustive primary and secondary research and for such needs he/she might be deputed at site for certain period of time;
